Designed as a base coat to protect floors. It boasts superior levels of durability, is detergent resistant and leaves a smooth surface for the application of floor finish.
- Preparation: Before your initial application, the floor must be stripped of any old finish, rinsed thoroughly with potable water and allowed to dry.
- Application: Using a clean mop or sprayer, apply 2-3 coats (depending on the porosity of the floor) allowing the floor to completely dry between coats, at least 30-60 minutes or more depending on humidity condition.
- Coverage: Coverage per 5 L is 170 m² (1830 ft²) to 280 m² (3014 ft²) depending upon porosity of the floor.
- Suitable for all resilient and non-resilient floors except for unsealed wood and cork.
