Counteract Wheel Centering Sleeve installaion and removal tool is designed to aid in the installation and removal of your wheel centering sleeve. While it is not necessary to have the tool when installing the wheel centering sleeves on a single wheel application, it is beneficial to have when installing the sleeves on tough to reach wheel assmeblies, or dually applications.
