LOCTITE® 271 is a red, low viscosity, high strength, anaerobic-curing threadlocking adhesive for the prevention of fastener loosening due to heavy shock and vibration. It fluoresces under UV light – great for quality control. Prevents unwanted movement, loosening, leaks and corrosion. Fluorescent under UV for quality control. Removable with heat. Seals threads - allows through-hole tapping.
