45881-13- 25T Load Binder Chain with Grab Hooks, 45881-13-25. 25 Foot. Designed specifically to provide a light, yet strong chain for tie downs. Made from carbon steel and zinc plated gold chromate for corrosion resistance. Heat treated and 100% proof tested to 2X WLL rating. Made to NACM standards per specifications of the Department of Transportation and CCMTA for tie down use. All clevis hooks are made of heat-treated alloy steel. 11, 300 lbs WLL.
