The adhesive resists plasticizers and delivers high peel and shear adhesion. The 3M™ Automotive Attachment Tape 06377 is a good choice for the permanent attachment of lighter moldings, trims, nameplates and emblems to automotive surfaces. This OEM approved 0.03 in (.76 mm) thick attachment tape is built on a core of medium density closed cell acrylic foam. This foam provides a blend of strength and conformability for a flush, professional appearance even across long applications such as door edge moldings. The tape is 0.5 in wide for a versatile range of lightweight parts and applications. The viscoelastic foam core conforms well even to complex geometries.
