This Hendrickson front suspension adapter kit works with the OTC 4246 and 4247 rear suspension kits and allows users to work on select Hendrickson front suspensions. Remove and install Hendrickson PACCAR Monoleaf, Navistar Monoleaf, Volvo Monoleaf suspension Pivot Bushings. Eliminates the need for 4246 or 4247 tool owners to buy another tool to service select Hendrickson front suspensions.
