Operating together, the universal holding wrench adjusts to fit the bolts that attach the pulley to the water pump; while the universal turning wrench has the five common fan clutch nut sizes built into one tool. Both are long enough to provide extra leverage for stubborn nuts. Lisle fan clutch holding tools are made of heat treated alloy steel for strength.
