OTC 5059 Hub Cap Installer. Truckers like chrome and many of them accent their truck's drive axle with chrome hubcaps designed to snugly fit around the axle-shaft bolts. Constructed of high-density polyethylene this tool guides the cap into place over the axle nuts protecting it from unwanted and costly dents.
