High-performance retrofit, ideal for hi-performance, marine & street-rod applications. Mounting bolts and bell housing gasket included. 4-terminal, sealed solenoid w/ relay & switch terminals. Upgrade the old, heavy 9-tooth, 10MT design to a high output, 7.7 lbs. lightweight, 11-Tooth PG260M starter. Field case assys. are 100% tested on a computerized gaussmeter to measure magnet strength & position. Zinc plated field case, solenoid, C.E. cover & hardware. Armatures are precision balanced & Commutators are stake-welded & polished for longer brush life. Starter, drive & solenoid are endurance tested.
