Non Indicating, Circuit protector, 16 AWG Black Lead Wire. Black molded plastic body. Body material withstands high temps. Insulation body: Santoprene TPV. HHL - 26 strand copper, no plating. Contact material: brass, tin-plated. A fuse must be properly and fully inserted into the holder to provide a solid connection. Poor or improper insertion of the fuse can result in failure of the fuse and holder, thus not protecting the device for which it was intended. Select fuse holders by matching it to the wire size being fused. An undersized fuse holder will increase electrical resistance and reduce performance in the circuit. NOTE: Never install a fuse with a larger amp rating than specified for the application, holder or wire size.
