Continental 8GTR-1280-12 Conti® Synchroforce Supreme 8GTR-1280-12 FALCON

Falcon Pd is quickly setting the new standard in synchronous drive system belting. When compared to conventional polyurethane synchronous belts, the benefits of Falcon Pd become evident. Its specialty compounded materials give this belt superior advantages. It has the ability to operate continuously in temperatures up to 210 degree Fahrenheit (98.9 C) and withstand peak temperatures as high as 300 degree Fahrenheit (148.9 C), along with being static conductive, help Falcon Pd perform in special applications, providing longer life and higher output to meet your needs. Falcon Pd can reduce maintenance costs as belts do not require lubrication and its high-modulus cord members minimize the need for retensioning normally required in v-belt drives. Falcon Pd's rubber compounding can decrease a drives operating noise by up to 6dB providing a better work environment and reduces flex-fatigue when compared to its polyurethane alternatives.
