When certain Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles idle roughly, display a malfunction indicator lamp, or set DTCs, the cause might be oil ingress or dirt and carbon buildup in the electronic throttle body. This 100% new Dorman OE FIX body is designed to match the fit and function of the original part but is upgraded to eliminate those common causes of failure. It features a non-contact Hall effect sensor for increased durability and a proprietary Sensor Shield butterfly shaft seal installed into the throttle body casting.
