Double walled steel tubing (no open seams). Steel treated with double-sided copper coating prior to rolling. Tubing exterior protected with zinc plating and polymer PVF coating to help shield against the corrosive effects of road abrasion and road treating chemicals. Tubing double annealed for improved workability, easy bending and flaring. Used as Original Equipment tubing by VW/Audi, Mercedes, Toyota and Honda. .028" tubing wall meets or exceeds OE specification for brake line tubing. Zinc plating thickness specification 13Mm (0.013mm). manufactured to 13.7-14.4Mm (0.0137-0.0144mm). PVF coating thickness specification 15Mm (0.015mm). manufactured to 20-22Mm (0.02-0.022mm). Use for brake, fuel, transmission and oil cooler lines. 2000 ft to 4000 ft Coils Available.
