Contains silicon additives which results in improved fluidity (wetting action) of the weld pool and provides a weld less sensitive to cracking. Consists of less than .03% carbon for added corrosion resistance. Recommended for most dissimilar metals. Works well for dissimilar joints that will undergo heat treatment.
