Irwin IWHT84000 VISE-GRIP® PowerSlot™ High-Leverage Lineman's Pliers 0.55"

MPN: IWHT84000

• Features a curved slot design that significantly reduces the cutting effort needed to make cuts
• This curved PowerSlot™ design maximizes the mechanical advantage when it is needed the most, providing 50% reduced cutting effort (average reduction in cutting effort when cutting 12/2 thermoplastic-sheathed cable vs IRWIN® 2078209)
• Compound action pliers typically have a trade-off between cutting effort and jaw capacity, but this technology minimizes the trade-off, making cuts even easier
• The PowerSlot™ Pliers have additional elevated features for strength and durability
• They are made of 60CrV steel for maximum strength, and the cutting edges are laser hardened for durability
• A unique ED Coating (Electrophoretic Deposition) provides superior corrosion resistance versus traditional anti-rust finishes
• These pliers have 3-shot bi-material grips for comfort and control, and include a fish tape puller for added functionality
