Comes standard with temporary protective fitting caps to shield thread seal and block unwanted debris before installation. Steel springs for added cable protection. Single piece trailer side and four piece swivel tractor side fittings. Meets SAE J844 and J1131 specifications. Meets DOT 49 CFR FMVSS 571.106 specifications. Meets DOT 49 CFR FMVSS 393.45 specifications. As a recommended practice, use a tracker bar spring kit or pogo stick to support cable assemblies with longer leads.
