This lightweight HDPE shell, made with UV-stabilized High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), reduces worker fatigue while providing superior protection. The EPS foam liner offers front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration, and the 4-point quick-release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad ensures a comfortable and secure fit. A non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband maximizes sweat absorption, while the SURE LOCK wheel adjustment system allows one-hand size adjustments and precise height settings for proper depth. The factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (280-HP542MC) is included, and universal accessory slots accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements, and custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides.
