Neutralizer's effective penetrating action conditions floors by neutralizing and cleaning stripper residues before applying a water emulsion floor sealer or finish.

Mix Neutralizer 1:320 with cold water. Use as the final rinse solution following floor finish removal or as a floor cleaner to remove salt residues. Rinse with potable water if floor finish is to be applied.
Suitable for all resilient and non-resilient floors except for unsealed wood and cork.
